These tools are here to assist you with your outreach program. The tools are generally free to download, and usually come with documentation either with the application or at the web site that they were downloaded from.

Flush your CACHE:
Sometimes it will be necessary to flush your cache directory. There are a few ways to do this:

  • Clear Cache under Preferences in the navigator program. Usually under the Edit/Option menu. It is sometimes an Advanced option.
  • Manually: Delete the cached files yourself, the folder location can be found under preferences. Usually it is either C:\Program Files\Netscape\Program\Cache - or - C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. With Netscape, do not delete the fat.db file.
  • Or, set the cache file size to 0 under preferences.
