CIS 015: New Student Seminar

CIS 015 is an orientation for students who are new to the Computing and Information Sciences department.

The course has two objectives:

• Familiarize students with CIS degree requirements, the faculty, and departmental policies
• Acquaint students with what kind of jobs, research, and study they can do within the computing discipline
