welcome
The ACM is a professional organization made up mostly of Computer and Information Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering majors. Our focus is giving students a chance to interact with their peers and faculty while developing professional skills for the future. Those with memberships to the national organization earn many benefits, including access to on-line textbooks, articles and subscriptions, digital courses, and much more. If you want to know more or join the ACM visit www.acm.org.
You don't need to join the national organization to be part of the KSU Chapter. Just come to one of our meetings, or you can email any of the officers.

ACM Tailgate
Posted 9.18.2008
Our first tailgate is near! We will be grilling burgers and brats somewhere north of the Rec Center fields on September 27th from 11:00 a.m. to the start of the game. The actual location won't be pinned down until we actually get a parking spot, but you can look for the large ACM banner and white-and-green-striped tent wherever we are. Come on out and meet other students and enjoy the pre-game atmosphere!
Welcome Back Barbecue
Posted 9.18.2008
We hope you have all had a good first couple of weeks back in Manhattan! The ACM kicked off our events season with a Welcome Back Barbecue on Sunday, September 7th. Around 30 people showed up to chow down on some pork burgers and get to know other students in the department. Aside from a little rain, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening!
ACM Meetings & Help Sessions
Posted 9.18.2008
Club meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., just before our help sessions, which will be held every Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
ACM Calendar
Posted 9.18.2008
The ACM now has a public Google calendar. If you have a Google account, you can add this to your calendars and keep track of what we're up to. The calendar will be embedded in the site eventually, but for now you can access it here.
